[s-cars] followup-Outside Air Temp (G17) sensor wiring problem

I just figured out there are 2 wiring diagrams for the OAT wiring: With 
or without Automatic Climate Control, and I was looking at the wrong 
diagram.  Now there's a different circuit to trace out.  Any hints of 
what causes the incorrect display appreciated.  I'm pretty sure the 
sensor itself is ok.
