If the bill of sale only states the VIN, year, make and model of the car
and the mileage, you're fine. Then state that the car is sold as-is,
where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. That is standard
language in this type of contract.
If anyone is not sure about contract language and the form of a contract,
contact a licensed attorney in your state do not rely on "legal" advice
given by non-attorneys.
