Yes I am, it's a condition of every Sale I've done. If he has proof of insurance on the vehicle, I could care less if he drives the car. Why would I care? Private Party Sales means you should not try to be smarter than the risk presented to you. Me, I encourage PP Sellers to keep the insurance coverage active for a week after the sale. That has less risk than asking and knowing a Buyer has no license. It is NOT required by law that a car Buyer in any state has a license. Period.

license because that's part of their dealer insurance liability going to
'intent' of a unlicensed buyer to drive a car without one. Same reason a dealer
has a Policy that requires an Insurance Binder.
