[s-cars] Next car. Where to go from URS4?

I had a 4000q with turbo and wanted a 95.5 S6 Avant as my next. At the
time I couldn't find on in my price range so I ended up with a C4 A6 Avant
that I had for a while (too slow). I finally landed in a 2001 Allroad with
6-spd. It took about 18 months to find. It is super nice, but the
suspension is awesome while at the same time trying since it I have had to
work on it quite a bit. With Bilstein shocks it drive nicely, but is still
likely quite a bit softer than you are used to. It is as far as I know the
one of the only ways to get a stick in the newer big body cars. Of course
it is 12 years old now so it doesn't buy you much newer.

With the APR chip that the previous owner had installed it does make a
little north of 300 hp, but the real fun is the over 350 ft-lbs of torque
before 2000 rpm. In the winter our favorite feature however is the heated
steering wheel. Funny how you get softer with age. My first car didn't
even have functioning heat let alone heated seats or steering wheel.
