[s-cars] Easy way to disable the Auto check system or where is the chime located

My autocheck system has a fault I can not track down for the headlights/rear lights. I have already checked all the bulbs and sockets cleaned them but it still rings the chime all the time even if the lights are not on. As far as I can tell the lights all work as expected with no faults. So is there an easy way or not easy way  to disable the system or disconnect  the chime. Any help much appreciated.
