[s-cars] NAC How to Remove "Glass Chalk" from Painted Surface

Lessons learned.  A combination of WD-40 and a Mr. Clean Eraser finally got
the paint off.  Now I need to clay the area to see if the final faint marks
get resolved.  Thanks for your help.
