Posting for a friend, I know at one you has one and I'm not on the main list anymore, something to do with "big hair" ...

Engine has a coolant leak showing as a drip by what is described as a shaft driving the serpentine belt (assuming Crank Pulley). Says there are four bolts there that could be tightened. Do they do anything? (I think, sight unseen, they tighten the TB cover).
