Thanks Dave.

I replaced the thermostat yesterday - not for the first time either!! Just haven't had one fail in the closed position before - I thought they failed "safe"!

Also when part was received it looked like a V6 thermostat - see link below...

Teddy: I am not convinced that the shop you are using knows what they are doing. Ask for the read-outs of the fault codes  and post them up here for comments. Right now we don't even know which sensor they are talking about for sure.

Tony: You need a 069121113  87 deg C thermostat and N  90136802 60 x 3.5 round seal.
