[s-cars] Do UrS6 avants have a third row seat?

George: I am 99.9% confident that all C4 UrS6 avants that came to North America have the 3rd (rear facing) seat, suitable for those
 under 4'10" and 90 lbs (or something like that). There are seat belts for 2, including shoulder belts.

In the rest of the world, the 3rd seats were an option. My German spec 94 V8 S4 avant does not have the 3rd seat, just a liftable
 panel that exposes a wide storage area about 5" deep, sitting above a hard plastic panel above the spare wheel.

My old (sold) 1998 C4 A6 avant had the third seat and I used it once for some smaller people going about 3 km. Might be okay for
 kids - but only those who don't get motion sick.
