[s-cars] Cordless impact wrench performance

Performance has been uneven. With one battery, I got several sets of tire
changes a couple of weeks ago. Then this week, after a full charge, I got
almost nothing. Not completely dead, but no torque from the wrench.

Haven¹t had time to fully test each of three batteries, but none seems to
have any consistent power.

I think I¹ll invest in a new battery :)
