The hose is 6mm OD by 1mm wall thickness.  This stuff should work.

or potentially this if a rubber line will work instead, but think that the factory piece is more of a plastic line.

Also, keep in mind that there are some sleeves that are used between the hose and the pump and the washer nozzles.  You may need to replace those as well.

443 955 665 straight connector between hose and check valve at washer nozzle.
