[s-cars] Idle Screw Removal

My 90 90Q 20V runs well after changing the valve seal with the head
in-place. Replacing the centre muffler with a pipe and replacing the  cat
not only makes it noticibly quicker, but sounds fantastic. Only at idle
does it vary engine speed.

I thought it time to replace the "O" ring on the idle screw in case it has
disintigrated but I cannot turn the screw to remove it. I've never adjusted
it but the slot is now too wide and a screwdriver slips. I also cannot find
any size of socket that fits the narrow hole.

Suggestions?
