Just read the document… I don’t believe it pertains to this transaction.

Title is:

"WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT USING, INSTALLING, OR BUYING AFTERMARKET CATALYTIC CONVERTERS" 


If these are OE Cats, this is NOT illegal from what I am reading.
