Do you have a CD changer? You can add a connector to plug in to the headphone jack pretty easily. I'm out and about currently, but if interested can get you the link to a DIY later.

Other than that your best bet is probably going to be to change the head unit altogether AFAIK. Many modern units with Bluetooth and such typically have RGB programable displays that you can set it up to match the interior color scheme so it doesn't stick out TOO bad.
