[s-cars] VW antics

Saw an article (no time check the source) that said BMW 2.0 diesels are also failing the road tests by a factor of 5 (vs 40). BMW's response, "we don't cheat..."
I do wonder if with the strong performance of plug-in hybrids that this'll spell the end of small diesels.
