[s-cars] Odometer just stopped working

I forgot the rule about not resetting the trip odometer while the car is moving, and now the odometer and trip odometer aren't working any more.  The speedometer works fine though.

My car is a '92 S4 with the mechanical odometer.  I was a little surprised the speedometer still worked, but there must be another gear for the odometer.  Has anybody run into this before?
