My "Adel" clamps don't sing so well, but they are stout and functional!.
Thanks for the name on my semi-McGyver fix though - seemed like a fairly
logical and good solution at the time. I reserve zip ties for more low
stress (as in when they wear through, freeze and/or become brittle, and
otherwise fail and I have to get under the car to open the damn hood
again!) applications like keeping wires out of the way of rotating things...
