Hi Larry,

There is information in these two threads archived in the FAQ section for the UrS4/6 forum on Quattroworld.com  There is an option to replace the bearing, which is a common size 6203, by splitting the pulley or there are complete pulleys that will work.
The pulley is the only part that can be replaced.  If the housing or tension spring break, the tensioner is trash.  I will send you some information on repaired tensioners.  I included the second thread on the bearing for the viscous clutch engine cooling fan  along with the tensioner repair information from the QW FAQ.
