Yes, it is a small world, with some interesting cross pollinations...

European cars - bicycles - cameras - audio - watches - shaving/vintage razors - computers

... wood stoves - home beer brewing - solar power

Etc...

Funny story... I was at a party recently, talking with a small group of people. One guy mentioned that he built a house to be net zero energy rated. Most people started to slowly move away from him, like he had just wet himself. 

I asked "which wall system did you use?"

He then actually did wet himself, he was so excited to talk about his double framed wall strategy, and why it was better than ICF or other options... (

    I'm always amazed at what a small world automotive enthusiasts inhabit.  
    Years ago I helped a friend maintain his Volvo 240 and used 
    SwedishBricks quite a lot at the time.  Cool to find out you're the
