[s-cars] Cracked Dashboard and Trim

Hi All,

With nicer weather now here in Ontario I went out to check on my '93 S4 
today which I'd stored for the winter.  To my dismay I discovered that 
not only had a *large* crack appeared right across the top middle of the 
dashboard, but *all* the carbon fibre trim panels on the doors had 
shattered as well (cracks everywhere).

Has anyone else ever encountered this?

I performed a quick search this evening and didn't find a dashboard 
removal howto.  I'll perform a more thorough search tomorrow. Looking at 
ETKA and the Bentley manual it appears it may be a fairly time consuming 
job to swap the dashboard out.

Is anyone aware of a method to repair a cracked dashboard?  It appears 
the crack is deep and about 2 to 3mm (a little under 1/8 inch) wide.
