[s-cars] Reluctant Cruise Control

Subject is a 1994 urS4. When the weather is cold (below 40 degrees) the
cruise won't engage until the car has been driven for at least 5-10 miles.
As the temperatures drop the distance that I need to drive increases. I'd
appreciate any suggestions as to what might cause this problem and what I
need to do to correct it. Thanks in advance for any assistance the list can
provide.
