[s-cars] Bomb Availability

Douglas, if you decide you need a bomb recharge, I'm pretty sure i have a
discharged OEM bomb here, someplace.  I'll send it to Dave Kase for the
cost of shipping, on your behalf.  I don't need your old one back.  If
you're concerned about keeping water out of a hydraulic system left open to
the atmosphere for a week or more, this may be attractive to you.  Or,
maybe it's not a big deal.  Offer stands to you, or anybody else if Douglas
declines.
