[s-cars] Bomb Availability

I found Spokane House of Hose to be great to work with, but the result was
still disappointment. There's a restrictor of some kind as I recall, that
has to be reused, and they did. For reasons nobody ever understood, all
pressure pulsations came right thru the brake pedal. It was terrible and
HoH cheerfully refunded my money. I still have that hose somewhere.

Then I bought a used one from Force 5 and it worked fine for years. I sold
the car with it installed.
