[urq] adjusting Euro lights

Hey guys-

I've been trying to get my Euro lights (brights mostly) aimed just right.  But my adjusters are stripped in several cases so I have to take the light off, turn the adjuster w/ pliers, re attach, check aim.  PITA.  To minimize the hassle, can somebody please explain quickly abd briefly the planes in which the adjusters work, i.e. the top bright adjuster adjusts it up by screwing in etc.  It seems the adjustments are not on simple up/down and left/right planes, too, complicating the matter.  It's like they are somewhat diagonal or something.....
