[urq] 1:18 scale urq in tornado red?/tech advice for 80q

The really red one is Spanish Red (non-metallic) and is indeed only
distributed by European Audi Dealers in Audi Tradition Collection Series
packaging.  Instead of Audi quattro on the license plate it has a faux
Ingolstadt plate.  Other differences from the commercial AutoArt pieces
(which are available in Silver and Black as well) are the Audi Tradition
model has the standard later style steering wheel (AutoArt has 3-spoke Audi
Sport style) and Audi Tradition has a brown/copper metallic finish on the
entire exhaust save rear muffler and tailpipes (which are black).  AutoArt
has the entire rear exhaust in silver (same as the heatshielding).
