[urq] ACNA support for urq owners--PLEASE READ

I was just at the dealer for new floormats for my '98 A4.  And the ones that
came with the car are _NLA_ according to the parts guy.  NLA!!! on a '98!
Granted they have been superceded, but is still not right.  The newer design
is lame, IMO, and it's kind of a rig job....I know these aren't crucial
operating parts, but it's still indicative of Audi's stance.
