[urq] foamy power steering fluid

... remember that if you have not relieved the pressure in the accumulator
by depressing the brake pedal a bunch of times you might very well find the
reservoir empty!

Foamy fluid sounds to me like leaking reed valves in the pump ... do a
search of the archives on "volcano" for more info ...
