[urq] Dash Speakers

I did the dash swap a year or so ago. Checked the old (83 original) speakers 
and they will NOT pop off. There are 2 screws that hold the speaker to the 
grill, and 2 other screws that hold the grill/mesh/frame to the dash. All 
accessible from underneath only. I usually pulled the glove box down to get to them. 
There are only 4 screws to remove if memory serves. Then the duct can be 
removed, and it does need to be removed, without breaking it's retaining clips as 
well. 
Of the units I removed, one is in great shape and the other is cracked.
