[urq] 3B urq 944t IC projekt: Underway

OK, maybe I'll wait on picking up that alternator until we can get consensus
here...If I know Martin, he probably has one of each type of alternator
lying around...for the next couple days, I'm going to concentrate on IC
mounting/connecting issues anyway...
