[urq] K26 rebuild

Good Bill, you rely on the oil to cool your turbo, let me know how it 
works out for you. If you think that tiny amount of flow (of already hot 
oil) is going to actually cool the turbo, then I hope you have spares. 
Phil was right on with the air flow, even on the so called water cooled 
turbos.
