... hey, I'd agree with him!  The Coupe Quattro was introduced in the US in
1990 ... the quattro turbo coupe is the one that came out in '82 ... ;-) ...
again, here in the USA that is ...

If you are looking for the black plastic cover that goes over the majority
of the HVAC tray I think I would try 811 805 097 myself ...

If the part for the quattro coupe is NLA, perhaps the same part for the
Coupe GT is still available ... oops, the same P/N is called out there ...
