As I've already posted, it stands for Baden-Baden - Porsche Weißach.  That's the Porsche test
centre a few miles north-west of Stuttgart.  They were customers of mine for about five years
in the early 1980s.

Two digits is supposedly a boss, three digits a staff member, and four digits a
"Versuchswagen" or test vehicle.
