If you're referring to the Factory press cars' German plates with
"IN ...", the "IN" is short for Ingolstadt, where the Audi headquarters
is located.  Notice that VWs usually have "WOB ..." (Wolfsburg), BMWs
have "M ..." (Munich), etc...
