[urq] Pre-Ignition Problems with early urq

I would recommend that you go down your local automotive tool store and buy
a Mityvac for about $25USD. That way you can apply vacuum to the hoses at
the back of the IM and see if it leaks down - then you'll know if you've got
a leak
