[urq] oil pressure

What should it be?  I noticed on a cold start tonight that it almost 
pegged my 80psi gauge (running 5W30 Mobil 1).  Supposedly it's 36 
degrees outside right now, about twenty minutes later.  I don't remember 
it ever going over 60, and I'm noticing lately that Garrett says their 
turbos should be supplied with clean oil of no more than 60psi.  I'm not 
fortunate enough to have a Garrett, but I'm a little concerned...
