[urq] First of many urq questions (food for thought..)

the sensor just "senses" the pin, through magnetics, I believe, and therefore a signal is sent with each pass of the timing pin. It's up the computer to know where on the flywheel the pin is located and therefore send ignition signal at appropriate time. The WX computer assumes one location, an MC computer assumes another. I don't know what each is. If you are saying that different sensor locations account for different pin locations,((i.e. if you use an MC flywheel and move the sensor to the MC's sensor position (I have no idea if it's any different??) negating any timing pin location difference).. that I have no idea...

Don't the timing pins for the WX report the same signal as the MC ones? The sensor may be located differently, but the pin is as well which ends up sending the same signal - I think. I have not compared the flywheels to see if the pin is offset by the correct angle.

  Anyone know?

I think this option, if feasible, would also require some customized
software, in that the MC and WX have timing pins with diferent locations on
  the flywheel.....
