[urq] UPG Dates...

...just a thought here - maybe UPG '04 should be held in the fall if ther
eare toom any conflicts in May/June.  I can just imagine how awesome it
would be to be at Felix's beautiful homestead while the leaves are
changing...could also make for some great "peeping" from behind the wheel of
the urq....
