 Ned, you completly misinterpreted my reply...
 I'm taking about using an MC computer on a WR engine...

 WR less compression
 MC more compression

 WR is less prone to detionation....complement this with a managment system
 with knock sensing and boost control is a safe bet on a lower compression
 engine...

 'Am I wrong about this...?

 By bleeding boost, I mean the amout of boost that the MAC10 sees NOT the
 boost to the turbo...by bleeding boost to the MAC10, this will prevent the
 fuel pump shut off that will occur, since the MAC10 is intended to run a
 HIGHER compression engine....

 As for modifing the boost maps... well why would you want to?....
