[urq] UPG in Connecticut??

Hello All:

I've not been follwing the story of the offered dates for the UPG meet.

Has the date and location been finalized, or is it still being decided?

I'm thinking that it's getting close to the time where I have to think about
booking off time from work, and I don't want to miss this.

That, and I have to have a target date to get everything fixed by..!
