[urq] 7 digit SKC's on 2002 and newer Audi's no URQ content

Our local "friendly" Audi dealer here in Beaverton OR has a new service director who has decided that they will no longer provide SKC's over the phone despite proper numbers given, he wants the car towed in if the instrument cluster or ecm needs to be be replaced, you can imagine the cost, flatbed tow, your shop's technician going with the car. anyone who suggest's hooking up a URQ meeting at a dealer is a total maroon in my opinion.
