FWIW, you don't have to use the 8V supply for the pressure sensor. You can use a modern 2 bar absolute sensor, like those from Motorola, with a 5V supply and just tap off of the 5V supply in the ECU. You will not find a "direct" replacement for the Hitachi sensor, as that package style isn't available from other vendors. One common solution is to replace the sensor with one from a later MAC-10, 11 or 14 as used in the 5kt/200s. You will need to adapt the fittings to the ECU case, but that is fairly minor.

if i remember correctly, the current sensor requires 8v excitation and gives
a linear output of 0 to 5 volts from vacuum to max boost, at least in my ecu
(i can check my notes later to be sure).

Omega makes lots of pressure transducers. possible candidates are the '140
Series' pressure transducers, with say 0-30psi range, Part # PX142-030G5V,
which needs 8 volts excitation and gives 1-6 volts output. I found this in
an old catalog but there must be newer versions with up-to-date data on
their website...
