[urq] UrQ After run Radiator Fan

Is there a relatively easy plug-in relay swap-thing to
get the afterrun feature on the later 4000Qs to work
on the 84> UrQs?

Also, has anyone had their clock die? I just replaced
it to no avail? Any BTDTs on that one?
