[urq] UrQ After run Radiator Fan

[Andrew Finney]

Daryn, I am referring to the process by which the fan
runs for 10 minutes, say, after shutdown to cool down
the engine compartment and remove excess heat from the
engine after shutdown. Not the thermoswitch tripping
after shutdown. Thanks.
