[urq] West Coast UPG

   The "west coast" is a pretty big area.  It seems like those of us on 
the WC who own quattros are concentrated in the GDA and the Bay Area, 
with some in Portland and Seattle.
   On Bonneville: how many of us have working air conditioners?
