[urq] early style pneumatic diff lock knobs

I think the 4K part is an improvement over what I have in this bag, I'll 
pull
it tonight and put up comparison pix (if memory functions this evening).

Might be a cheap control upgrade for fun-running and those who make the trip
to the 'boat every year.
