I very highly recommend www.ross-tech.com  to anyone with a 1993 or later VW or Audi that comes in and out of your driveway,  the support staff answers your e-mails questions accurately in 10 minutes. (yes they helped me fix the 2003 A6 BITCH immobilizer III SKC problem in two e mails )  If you have an A4 next to your URQ Just ask andy at ross-tech.com or uwe at ross-tech.com too bad they only make VAG diagnostics BuMmerW MickieBenz Slaab and Slovo could use their diagnostics.
