[urq] Help with Boost flat spot

Not sure how to describe this, except to say I replaced the lower IC to turbo hose and the turbo to intake hoses (making sure there were no leaks -- I think).  Anyhow, boost seems to flatten out at 12-13 lbs with a noticeable drop in uumph!  I've got the WC K24 setup.  But I don't hear a leak anywhere.  I've tried to adjust the WG, but so far no change.  Any ideas?  I was hoping to run the car at Waterford Hills on Thursday and Friday, but it appears I'll have to use the big beast (V8) instead if I can't figure this one out in time...
