Real sad, you are right. 

California alone has twice the population of the whole Canada, but at the 
UPG-east-2003, there was at least 5 Canadian-owned urQs!! And it rained...

So that's it! Tony and me representing the state of CA
in this gathering. I thought the state had the largest
collection of UrQs in the US and only 2 of us are
willing to make the trip from CA. Sad sad sad.
