I will play with it tomorrow a bit, its still too warm now.  
 
As far as the car goes, there is only about 5k miles on this engine since a  
complete rebuild, I know that doesnt mean the OXS was new by any means, but Im 
 assuming most of these components are in order ( brave of me ) but I will 
start  addressing them accordingly.
 
I do hope its as simple as a hollowed CAT, the car seems to run too well  for 
other things to not be intact.  I had pulled two of the spark plugs  today 
(the easy ones) and they looked excellent - will check the others  tomorrow. The 
hardware on the CAT is in good enuf shape that I should be able to  do a 
visual.
 
IIRC I should be tweaking the setting up on top of the fuel meter, not the  
flat screw at the throttle body correct?
 
I dont have any electronics here with me to be checkin duty cycles and  
things like that so Im gonna be guessing my way thru some of this stuff.
 
I do have bently manuals for the car and I skimmed the chapter on the  
settings but I didnt tweak anything yet
