[urq] Seat Rebuild Question

Can someone tell me how to remove the plastic inserts
that serve as the guides for the head rest "prongs". I
tried prying from above, no luck. I tried removing the
seat covering and attempting to press in the little
tabs that seem to hold the tubes in place, but to no
avail. I cannot get these things out. Any help?
